Encrypted channels

Hello, I have a problem with my gtmedia 9, I have entered the list of channels and they all come out encrypted, the codes are well set, could someone tell me why this happens? Thank you

Hola metes las claves a mano o por usb? Si las metes ha mano como por usb tienes que guardar cambios y salvar la configuración hay videos en YouTube que te guían, también comprueba que tengas Internet y que las cccam sean buenas, ves probando y nos cuentas.
