After firwmare update V396 cannot connect to CCCAM server

Hi, yesterday i've upgraded my GTMedia V9 Super to the lastest firmware available, V396 from 24-06-2020.

Now, i cannot connect anymore to the CCCAM server as i could with the previous firmware version.
Now it always keep saying in "status: idel". See picture:



This issue is happening with someone else, or is it just me?

I would really appreciate all the help you can get me!

First of all, i wonna thank you for the reply, since you were the only till now.

I've already tried those steps by myself, and still it doesn't fix my problem.
This never happened to me when i upgraded my STB firmwares before, so its kinda of weird....

I'll answer you now, because the line is MGCAMD and not CCCAM, but i didn't notice that when i created this thread, sorry!

Os comento por mis pruebas que no deja importar archivo cccam con la última actualización, hay que meter ha mano.
Sabéis algo de esto?

Nothing changed. Name of the file (note capital letters):

CCcam.cfg

Format:

C: serverurl Port user password

Just wonna say that i still didn't don't know how i did it, but i managed to get it to work, now i can connect to the server and the line works.

The status when before it said "idel" now it says "ecm ready".

About the sky de channels, i can confirm that here they don't open anymore after the firmware upgrade.

About the Mgcamd and CW checksum issue, we will release new firmware to fix them.

Second, i'll download it from the download center and test it on my box and see what's new in this release.

After that, i'll come here and share my feedback about it.

I also tried to make a small recording of a scrambled channel, and still cannot play it on my pc!

I have the same problem, today I update to the latest version of firmware 398. My problem is that where I made the backup it was damaged, and when I put the cccam in the status section it puts idel and I can't get it out of there, they could help me .

That should not happen, check your network connection and if accout is correct.

Just want to say I've had just the same issue after SW upgrade to the V399 and V400 as well. But firstly I uploaded mgcamd lines and status was idle, when I uploaded cccam lines in format: C: server port user password deskey (0102030405060708091011121314) then status changed and it started works. Try it!
