Check you have a USB stick in the unit and that it has space.

Yes, I tried using a recently formatted (FAT32) USB drive and didn’t work.

Check you may need to set another menu option, like file name or storage path.

What you are doing is to save the changes
To save on a USB you must go to the menu and on USB press the yellow RC key

Endless software errors and with each newer version, fundamental ones are not fixed and only irrelevant additions are made.
Incorrect ones are thrown on the menu quite often.

That can happen if you go too fast and don't give it time to cool down, Afterwards, it is very important that you use an updated channel list with the version you have old,
It is best that you have updated the Firmware to the latest published version and make a new channel list

There are so many bugs that happened since i installed Mars i dont know where to start i used original sw for maybe an hour when the box came and then installed Mars sw...
Lets start:
Box freezing but that is most probably because of the power supply that came with it,i am not to sure..
When i turn of and turn on the box V9Prime it works ok for a while it pulls the m3u list from the cloud and after i go to stalker or xtream or youtube it all starts getting messi,youtube needs a minute to pull down a list of videos ,stalker sometimes pulls down the list of channels and sometimes it doesnt ,xtream also sometimes pulls down the channel list and sometimes it doesnt or just freezes on "Please Wait" ....Also wifi stops working and is connected,all cccam lines become disconnected....In MyLink it reports error 6 unable to login but it puls down m3u....Maybe you should put and option to Clear Cache but in the end it might be the firmware or it might just be a faulty box...
And i forgot to add no subtiles on any of the channels on Hotbird 13 ,Eutelsat 16 and Astra 19.2E i have the option to choose which subtitle i want but no text shows up on the screen....

SUBTITLES not remembered as choice, every boot up I must choose again the Croatian subtitle on each channel, even though its already set under settings menu.. Please fix. V9 PRIME MARS firmware

Still not fixed.. Subtitles are not loaded automatically.

Kod mene nekad učita subtitlove nekad ne ,čim diram nešto u settingsima box poludi ,to je do Mars firmwarea pun je bugova ,svaki novi firmware koji su izbacili nije popravio ništa bugovi su isti,ako imam puno ccccam linija u boxu nakon nekog vremena box zablokira,ubacim ncamd liniju sa cccam linijama box odmah zablokira,neki kanali na 16E čim prebacim na njih odmah zablokira,sad imam 10 ccccam linija i satelitski kanali rade dobro samo od sebe proradilo nisam dirao ništa ,samo ne smem otići u menu,jer box poludi ,čim pozadina u meniju pocrni znam da će box nakon nekog vremena kad prebacim na neki kanal zablokirati.....To nešto nije u redu s prelaskom sa satelitskih kanala na menu box odmah počne luditi ...

Please help me, my Gt media v9 super is not working on internet even after connecting it to the internet using the cable.......none of the YouTube, xtreme nor even the web is working.
I've even tried to update it online but even the update is not happening.
Please guide me what to do.....
