after updating my V9

Post by spok2010 »

Hi, good morning,

Well, after updating my V9, there are two things to say:

1) Powerwu is still freezing in many transponders, the picture stops and goes;

2) When I tried to make a blind search, even selecting "one satellite search" the receiver spent an hour searching all the satellites.

I will try a factory restore and start it all again and see what happens.

After updating to 397 version.

However, item 2 above fixed when I start all over again. But powerwu is still freezing in many transponders. And there's another problem: when we export user data and try to import it back, the receiver says "invalid file".

I had the similar experience but in a different way. Before the update it took backups from 396 version. Once the upgrade is done I didn't do a factory reset and imported the files. Both preset and user backups got imported. Then I took a backup again from 397 version and did a factory reset. When I import the user backup I got the same error. I think the problem is with the export of 397 version.

Thank you for quick reply. For me it is Disney channels from Apstar 76.5E. Can you let me know the way to provide the userdb file.
