troubles with new fw update V9Super_20200630_V397

Post by daem0n »

A recent firmware update GTMedia_V9Super_20200630_V397 seem like a XXXX. More things are NOT WORKING!!!
It is impossible now to add channels into favorite groups, sorting does not work, etc...

Does developers ever test software they release?

Hello
1. The FAV function is OK, you need to operate under the program management, you select the program, press FAV key, press OK key to add FAV group
2. Sorting function, you are under the program interface, press the Sort key to operate

Dear Lining, thank you for your valuable repsonse!

I do the same steps for FAV, I can select channel and FAV group were it should be, but system does not save anything when I quit from the menu by pressing buttons "FAV" again (to quit from the FAV editing mode) and then "menu". Or shall I press another button's combination to save updated FAV group?

Regarding sorting: I am very sorry, it works. I meant the other thing: how can I disable showing scrambled channels? (I tried to to specify "FTA only" under scanning but tv channel list include both types anyway).

PS: Previously I had a G8 Golden and I think that user controls were a bit more self-intuitive and more convenient there.
