Please HELP!!! Userdata problem

Hy all! When i export userdata (channel list) and try to import it back, the receiver says "invalid file"!

Send me your DB file. Are you exporting the DB in the latest version? Still the old DB before

I have the same problem, i make an backup of Userdata in firm 396 but i can't recover it in the same firm 396, or 397 and 398, ever file invalid
