Constant report after newest update

After the newest update the box 9s constantly rebooting. Impossible to watch.

Mine was doing that I tried replacing the power adapter and now it's working normal.

Its working normal with the firmware 397. I cannot understand what it has to do with the power adapter. With 398 it is constantly rebooting when I try to make adjustments in the menu.
And Yes I can see the Mac address.
