Network Error

Hola, necesito ayuda. En el GTMEDIA V9 SUPER llevo un tiempo que no me conecta a internet, ni por cable ni wifi. En Youtube sale el mensaje NETWORK ERROR. PLEASE CHECK. Las Ccam tampoco van. Si lo reinicio varias veces apagando lo consigo que se conecte pero aproximadamente al cabo de media hora vuelve el fallo. Gracias

La verdad es que no he tocado nada desde que lo compre. Desde aquí la puedo descargar? Qué versión sería? Muchas gracias por responder

te dejo la ultima version de firmware por aqui ---------> viewtopic.php?f=59&t=6522 coge un pendrive, pon el archivo en la raiz del pendrive (preferiblemente que este formateado en fat32) una vez lo tengas vete a herramientas, luego a upgrade by USB y selecciona all code, recuerda antes de hacer esto hacer copia de la lista de canales, o poner otra, igualmente, tendras que poner de nuevo las cccam.

Hola. He tenido apartado unos días este tema. Hoy he instalado la actualización y funciona todavía peor, ya no hay manera de que se conecte YouTube y por supuesto las Cam sin conectar al servidor. He probado incluso conectando al wifi del móvil pero nada. Alguna otra solución? Gracias

Some users have removed the internal wifi from their units.
I did this with my V8X by just cutting the 5 volt connection only.

This is a bit drastic, so think about it first.

Gracias por su respuesta, pero el problema no es sólo del wifi, con cable ethernet ocurre lo mismo

Yes that is the issue I had.
I think the unit wants to use the internal wifi even when you have cable and set it to cable.
My unit would show messages "wifi connected" then "Wifi disconnected" then "Ethernet connected" etc.

Other users like cpr43 may make comment here on this too, I think he has a V9, I do not.

I have a V9 Super but I don't do YouTube or Cccam. Reading on the post there are some confusions. Internet connected either using wifi or ethernet has nothing to do with YouTube network Error or CCcam going on/off. Once you do the internet connection the V9 super does not show any CONNECTED message like other boxes. It just gives you signal intensity/signal quality bars. They boths in max tells you that are internet "connected" even there is no word like that.
Now, going to YOUTUBE on Net Applications/ You Tube this has not work on mostly all the latest releases (network Error). The API code necessary to login on YouTube has not being updated by GTMedia on those. Getting the Network Error means you don't have authorization to enter YouTube, has nothing to do with your internet. This is a problem on many boxes lately after YouTube did an update requiring the API access. Second, I have no idea how many CCcam lines are you trying to add. Usually GTmedia boxes have problems working with 2 or more lines. So, if this is your case try just using 1 or 2. Also, we have see multiple times that users keep saying that the lines are good but at the very end they are not. Low quality servers that keep going up and down. Some users have found out that the problem is fixed once they find some good quality providers/lines. I am not saying this is your case but giving you a complte panorama.

Gracias por la respuesta. La líneas son buenas por qué las he probado en otro decodificador y son estables. Tengo 8 líneas Cccam, voy a seguir tu consejo y lo voy a reducir a tres. En cuanto a YouTube, lo extraño es que alguna vez sí que entra. Ayer por ejemplo estuve viendo trailer de series nuevas a través del decodificador

No. Prueba con 1 o 2 primero No 3. Yo uso mi V9 super a diario y muy pocas veces uso YouTube. Siempre que lo he intentado me sale Network Error. Lo mejor es que esperes a que corrijan el API

Por lo que veo, aunque las líneas sean estables dan problemas. Las anteriores eran 8 y no daba problema, al caducar compre estás y si lo dan. Os iré contando por si puedo ayudar ha alguien con el mismo problema.

Os cuento cómo va el tema. Ayer siguiendo el consejo, reducir las líneas cccam a 2, me duró la conexión 2 horas, luego no se volvió a conectar. Lo que note es que el deco estaba muy caliente, así que lo apagué. Toda la noche apagado, y por la mañana lo enciendo y Sorpresa!!!! Me conecto a YouTube y funciona, De hecho he visto el trailer de Wandavisión y Mandalorian 2. Sólo he conectado 1 línea Ccam y me ha aguantado 4 horas hasta colgarse, pero el deco estaba también muy caliente. Sospecho q con el último firm el deco se sobrecalienta y afecta a la conexión. Voy a probar a sobreponer un ventilador de Pc para refrigerar y os contaré qué tal. Otra solución será bienvenida

Haz eso, prueba a poner el ventilador, así evitarás calentamientos, y has echo bien en dejar 1/2 lineas, así evitas conflictos y más saturación, ya nos dirás qué tal

Hola recibi esta semana el gtmedia v9 super lo actualize inmediatamente a la ultima version, no conecta con internet ni youtube, indica Network Error, solo me permitio entrar una vez a you tube luego mas nunca ni por ethernet ni por wifi, que recomiendan o es un fallo comun en este equipo?
