No Picture only Sound

I have a problem with V9 super.
There is no picture shown only i can hear the sound of a channel. A message appeares on bottom right of tv screen stating "check the output signal".
Any idea to fix that problem ?

Probably wrong AV TV output setting. Try using a small TV just for setting

If you are using a AV 3.5mm cable you need the one with a long pin, 18mm long.

I was using HDMI cable.
Now I shall try AV cable.

Now I will try AV cable

There are two options for sound output in the menus. Try the other one.
