user database doesn't work
When I export my user databse it works and creates a file named "V9Super_userdb.udf"on my USB stick
HOWEVER:
When I want to import this file to another V9 Super it doesn´t work
ANY HELP WITH THIS?

Re: user database doesn't work
Sometimes the firmware that they put when buying it has a type of blocking, if you export all the data and rename it to ABS and put it for Upgrade it will work whenever you want to put a UDF
Re: user database doesn't work
It always says " INVALID FILE " when I am trzing to import, bothe user- and preset-database....
Re: user database doesn't work
Some FW versions DB does not work with different version. Update the host box with the same FW version as where the DB is coming from.

Re: user database doesn't work
Hello
No. I don't have any more. Looks like you will need to do one of them all over again and keep separate labeled copies. Sorry
Re: user database doesn't work
Because on a USB with NTFS format it does not create the V9Super_userdb.udf and instead the firmware all the codes, yes
Re: user database doesn't work
Which knd of format does the USB stick need to have then?!?
Re: user database doesn't work
Between 2MB and 16MB FAR32, greater than 16MB NTFS
