Problema para conectar el mando a distancia

Con el manual de instrucciones no consigo conectar el mando a distancia con el sintonizador.
Con el boton source consigo fijar la luz roja de encendido (paso 1) y a partir de ahi no consigo que los botones del mando actuen.
¿Me pueden ayudar, por favor?

first, you can check the remote led with a phone camera,when you press remote key, you will see the led is flash or not.
then after the box power on, you can plug in usb device,then you will see some pop msg,it will certify that the box does not hang up

Do you mean the buttons on the remote that are programmable for you TV
The "Source" button is for you to copy in from your TV remote.

Muchas gracias por vuestra información. Definitivamente el problema es que que recepton v9 no recibe la señal del mando.
He decidido pedir el cambio del receptor.

Did you test the remote as Tom.w said using a camera to test if there was a flash from the remote's IR LED?
Also note that if there is a weak flash seen through a camera, it may be flat batteries.

If you have any other GT Media remotes try them too.
Also any Skybox or Openbox remotes.
