También problemas de EPG con V9 Prime trabajando con HW Versión: v1.10 de 06/2021 y SW versión: v165 de 23/06/2021 recibiendo señal satelital de Astra 19.2E, creo que necesitamos un firmware un poco más pulido ya que se aprecian errores muy a considerar, como que se ven pixelaciones en el texto de la interfaz de sistema en una TV de 55' pulgadas, en una de 32' se aprecia menos pero se ve que hay que mejorarlo porque, en pantallas de 50 o más incluso reduciendo el ajuste de Sharpness (nitidez) a 0 No se corrige.

There are problems with the firmware SW: V165 from 23/06/2021. The remote does not work well and often videos and audio freezes on the split second on all channels.
When will the new firmware be?

we will upload the v9prime manual.
By the way, v9prime is the same as v8uhd except 4k, dvbt/c/isdbt/atsc.
So you can follow the v8uhd manual befor we upload the v9prime manual.

Could you help me, is that the V9 prime does not work the Sub-t function, some channels have subtitles and they keep appearing on the screen, but there is no way to disable it by clicking the sub-t button, it doesn't work,
it is very unpleasant to watch with texts on the screen all the time.
You guys fixed this on V8UHD, in the last update. should do the same with v9 prime.

It is the same issue as V8uhd.
we will fix it next firmware version.

Awesome, i have too the subtitle issue ... i see channels in spanish with subtitles in spanish... Lol ... and the funny thing it's "you hear something ...and sometimes you read different ideas on subtitles"

Esperemos que haya pasado la prueba, dispongo de dispositivo, tiempo y me manejo con el tema software y hardware si necesitan beta-tester pueden avisarme...

Hola el osd o panel luminoso siempre se queda al máximo brillo, es igual que lo pongas al 1 que al 10, te destroza los ojos, debe ser fácil de solucionar porque el v8 orange funcionaba muy bien, vamos me refiero al reloj que da luz como una bombilla, saludos.

I woke up today and my V9 Prime has "UP9" on the front led display. I want to try a forced usb upgrade or see if I can hook a a pc to the 3 pins on the motherboard to re load new firmware.

I could only find the instruction on how to do this for the V( super by re naming the file but that did not work.

Does anyone out there know how to reload the firmware on the receiver?

Lo siento compi, vaya faena, haber si alguien que sepa la descripción de el código de error "UP9" en display, creo que habría que empezar partiendo de ahi, para intentar recuperarlo.

Pero ten en cuenta que respecto a software el V9 Prime es más parecido al V8UHD que al V9 Super, asegúrate antes, suerte

Hola, still unable to remove subtitles from most channels on latest firmware, v9 prime (13/10/2021). I can select OFF, but it reverts to eng (D). Do you have a release date for a fix? The 1980s blocky teletext subs are awful.
