Canales encriptados

Despues de actualizar el firmware a la ultima version, el gtmedia v9 prime no desencripta los canales. Las lineas cccam funcionan en otro gtmedia v9 super que tengo. Al hacer la actualizacion NO exporte la lista de canales ni la softcam key. He probado a importar la softcam key del v9 super pero es valida. Muchas gracias.

¿puedes tomar una foto del menú del protocolo cs?
¿Qué satélite, qué canales ves?
can you take a photo of the cs protocol menu?
what satellite,what channels do you watch?

Veo canales abiertos BBC, NHK, RT …
No veo canales encriptados que antes del upgrade de firmware SI veia.

Puede ser que al NO exportar la softcam key antes del upgrade de firmware no desencripte ahora los canales?
Podría alguien facilitarme una softcam key para un v9 prime?

El softcam y las CCcam son 2 cosas diferentes. Tienes que ver los canales de tu satelite que tipo de codificacion son y ver cual usa

I'm try to searching channels on gtmedia v7 pro .. I don't have cs protocol number ... I can't searching satellite channels.. wifi are working ...but no searching satellite channels

please do ping test the cline server address,check it ok or not?
about the satellite channel search?
what type lnb do you have?what satellite the dish is facing?
Do you have any diseqc device or not?

I have another gtmedia v9 super that works fine with similar clines.
The satellite is Astra 19.2 in a community building.
I don’t know what is a diseqc device but as I said other decoders work fine in the same situation.

I have not been able to go back to previous firmwares. The error is always: invalid file.

hello
if you want to upgrade the previous frimware, you can use the usb force upgrading.
when the box is booting, please press menu key repeat ,then it will enter the uspgrade menu.
about your issue, after upgrade the newest firmeare, import/input the cline account again,you can not see the encrypted channels,please try to change the option 'Skip CW Checksum' from the menu CA System

I have been able to upgrade to previous firmware (161), but not successfull so far. The chanels remain encripted.
