high latency v9 prime in LAN, bad device

Post by freefta »

Recently I got a v9 prime receiver, I have been using in for 4 hours, I think this product is not good. Sometimes it doesnt want to connect to the IKS server, another time it cant play SD channel, but my old receiver works perfectly for the same channel.
And for last, it has a high latency inside LAN, while my old receiver has only 5ms of ping latency.
Check the below: ping to the v9 prime from inside router

It is normal that there is a delay depending on the channel you are viewing, the rental channel can last more than 20 seconds, it is a different IKS than the cccam that is 40 to 50 ms minimum

Okay again. The latency is not related to channel or IKS. I was talking about the network interface card, when I was doing a ping test from the router to the receiver, it is taking a lot to answer to the router... The distance between them are 4 meters only. This device has a high latency in a local network, it is not normal, all the other devices are answering very quickly the ping test in the LAN.
