ATP Tennis 4:2:2 feeds are black

Why such feeds in 4:2:2 have black screen and only audio despite the CW BISS key is retrieved ?
Any workaround ? For instance on 7 east right now ATP 500 Barcellona.
I own a GTMedia V9 prime stock firmware

The decoder that can decode 4.2.2 is the GTCombo, even i you have the correct keys your receiver will not decode.
