Freezing when changing channels

I updated the software version (November 2020) but the device freezing when changing channels. I would like to downgrade the version (April 2020) that I used before.
Which download link for the April 2020 firmware version?

I appreciate the help, but this firmware is also locking the device. I need the April firmware version, which had no problems.

I made the new firmware update and problem remains, I sent the IPTV data on PM, wait urgent solution. Thanks.

I brought a new ifire box last week . Facing the same problem , while changing the channels the box freezes an requires power restart . Please let me know how to fix it

Hi im having these problems after about 30minutes streaming it freezes and i have to restart the machine i am using the latest firmware of April 2021 can you help please
