Ifire 2 no picture on VOD ans series

I create this topic because there is no pictures on the VOD films and series. Sometimes there are one, but mainly no.
I have tested 2 different portal and also 3 different server with xtream code.
I notice that it works if you go on youtube.
Please help me. I cannot sell boxes if it is worth than a vulgan X96 android TV. I chose you for your quality.

I have the same problem, they do not load me covers or movies or series

I have the same issue with posters on vod and series. I have the last firmware. I can't sell this box to my customers with this issue. Solve it please.

Hola he comprado este aparato. He puesto puesto mi cuenta. Encuentra los canales pero no se ven. Y en el g5 funciona perfectamente. Pero en este no se ve nada.

Tengo este mismo problema, cargo la lista de canales pero todos se van a LIveTV, en VOD y en Series no se cargan ninguno. He probado la lista con otras tvbox y si se cargan en VOD y Series. Por favor teneis alguna solución. Gracias.
