IFire 2 black screen

Hello,
i did a factory reset on the ifire menu and now i only get black screen when the box start.
i already tried force update with 2 diferent usb sticks formated on fat32 with the latest firmware, and rename it on the root usb to flash.bin.
i start the box and click menu botton and i get this image on the box display but still doesn't boot.
