I have the same problem. I am of the opinion that the IPTV function was poorly designed for the receiver.
I've been having problems with IPTV for days. No problems with VLC Player on Windows. Constantly breaks, every 3-6 seconds. Of course not for all channels. The very strange thing about it is when everything is going well and during this time, like yours, 0kb/s is shown and it doesn't load, but stops. After that, strangely, all IPTV channels don't work. An exclamation mark in a triangle is shown on all IPTV channels. This is really annoying. I just don't understand what's causing this. Instead of using WiFi I plugged in a LAN cable, but no improvement, everything the same. And only on receiver, on VLC player no such problems.

Try removing the DNS from the URL, which is the cause of many conflicts

I do not understand that. I'm not the host of the channel. How is it supposed to work? And I can't tell the channel host: now you change from domain to ip.
Is there a secret behind it?
