during power up my finder box gtmedia logo deteriorate then get normal as shown in the pictures
i have upgraded it last f/w.
is it normal?
and why is my box-menu screen black and white not colourfull?

That may be due to battery load during power up.
What model of finder do you have?
It looks like a finder2 grey.
Are you powering up with the LNB connected? With a USB stick plugged in?
