Why are some user questions not answered by technical support? Why not fix bugs in the work of the GT media products?

A lot of users will love to have similar features in GT Media products as multi million providers boxes can. Don't realized it's a low cost products mainly developed to watch Free to Air/ IPTV. if you spent sometime and read around you will see some request that could be possible to work with but others don't. GT media still around supporting old products following market requirements but some resources are limited. What can be fix for you can be broken for others and so on. Everybody should know that using of GT media products to access encrypted channels by air or online is ilegal and caution should be taken care. Enjoy while you can.
