No sound v8finder meter

Hello
I had bought one v8finder meter,but when I had tried it, I had signal,and picture normally but no sound, product is new,what is problem ?

There are AV in and out 3.5mm connections on the side.
When a pluf is in the out or the in the internal audio is off.

Try plugging in a 3.5mm plug into these connections to clear the internal dis- connection.
There is also a mute button.

But the problem stay,
I tried plug-in both AV out and Hdmi, I hear sound when I plug earphone and picture with sound on TV with HDMI cable, but when I unplug no sound from v8 meter

It maybe the wires to the speaker are disconnected.

But ticket of warranty is on, not open yet,maby speaker too,I'll take to the repairer,thanks a lot,

Yes you would break warranty, but if the cost of returning it is high, as is normal, you are stuck with it anyway.
