Hello,
1. Have you checked the meter LO setting for your LNBF/LNB? Universal, 10600, 10750, 5150?
2. Does the 22k switch need to be on or off?
3. How is your dish alignment? Have you ruled this out?
4. Was your meter working before the problem?

hi I am having same problem dosent lock on to any satellite since I updated to the newest firmware

I will check my unit with the latest software and report back.

I updated mine yesterday and it works OK.

There is an option in the menu for LNB power "OFF"
Check that.

Test it with different LNBF, just to be sure is not spoiled lnb issue.
