GTMEDIA V8 Finder BT03

Comprei um BT03 Finder mais não funcionou, conectou tudo certinho pelo bluetooth apareceu a mensagem V8 Finder conectado mais para a minha decepção não funcionou, NÃO APARECE sinal do satélite nem com a TP correta já coloquei as mesmas TPs no Satlink 6933 e coloquei no BT03 mais o BT03 não tem sinal.
Finder está pareado com o celular
Celular está conectado com o Finder BT03
Mensagem "V8 Finder Conectado"
Nem a opção de "Força" aparece pelo menos com a barra em vermelho mostrando que está conectado ao LNB, não aparece nada as barras de QUALIDADE e FORÇA estão ZERADAS.
Que decepção eu estava pronto para fazer um vídeo para colocar no YouTube o funcionamento do produto, mais não funcionou para mim, o que posso fazer é orientar as pessoas para não comprar o produto porque pra mim não funcionou.

I use V8 finder bt03 is not working firmwear dead I cannot not see bto3 finder firmwear.please help me admin bt03 finder firmwear thank.

All software is on the download page. This is only the app I think.
You could ask freesat on their
www.freesat.cc web site via their service email.
Here for the Bt03 app

I recently purchased a V8finder BT03 from GTMEDIA; I connected it to my dual-feed satellite antenna (DISEqC 1.0), what settings should I set to switch between the two satellites?

Is anyone having problems with the IOS App for finder bt03? I have installed it from the app store. It briefly opens for about 2 seconds, them immediately crashes...... every time. I have done all the usual things like power cycle my iphone x, update ios to latest, etc. Any help would be appreciated..... right now this thing seems useless.

I have the same problem. Crashes after a second or two with iPhone XR with iOS 13.3. Works with iPhone 5 and iOS 10.3.3

sounds like it is a version problem then. They are slacking on updating the app to be compatible with the current versions of iOS....... come on guys! this thing is worthless right now! When are you gonna fix the app?!?!?!

Mesmo problema!
conectado nas configurações! mas o icone do bt no aplicativo gtmedia fica apagado!
alguma solução?

So it turns out this does the SAME THING on the newest g10 samsung phone. This is absolutely worthless. I will be putting reviews out there to let people know NOT to buy this piece of junk. It does not work, and the company has no contact info...... and they do not respond to help requests. What a POS!

Good Morning! Only works well on motorola G1, G2 and G3 ... on others works more or less.
Bom dia! Só funciona bem no Motorola G1, G2 e G3... nos outros funciona mais ou menos.

Mine is no more working, it won't blink or flash the blue light. It will only on the red light and nothing will come up while searching. If the blue light doesn't blink,bluetooth can't be on. This Banned Word is just lying down useless
