Sat finder v8

Post by Ricardof »

Yes I also have this issue.

I use a tone satellite finder in the LNB cable that helps find the sat.
Then i use the finder to fine tune the dish.

With a tone finder in the LNB cable you move the dish until you get the highest tone.

If you do not have a tone finder, manually add a tp frequency for the sat you are looking for and move the dish very slowly until you see a signal level.
The response time for the finder is slow so you need to move the dish slow.
You can find frequencies for your sat on sites like www dot lyngsat dot com
