Amateur radio satellite

For a year now, we have had a stationary satellite at the disposal of radio amateurs. Unfortunately, the frequency is outside the normal commercial frequencies. Is there a possibility to extend this frequency input from 950-2150Mhz? Actually, 900-2550Mhz. I have been using the GT Media V8 Finder for some time now and am very satisfied with it. Model No.: V-73 HD
Maybe it can be supplemented with extended software or an APP.
