Meter satfinder percentage signal issue

I bought Meter satfinder and I found out that frequency quality reached 85% and stop on this number it didn't reach 100% while I know 100% the quality it should reach full signal on Eutelsat 16 East frequency 11221 H 30000.

Is normal it reached only 85% and. (Full stop).

If I get your question correctly then generally mid 80's to mid 90's is normal,,,,,, a lower than expected signal strength and quality reading can be caused by several things including that some boxes (receivers and finders) are less sensitive than others. Generally I wouldn't be too worried unless your Signal Strength and Quality drops so low as to lose reception on days with rain or snow. (Issues like Rain or Snow fade is most often caused by a dish or lnb that needs repair or adjustment and (tuning or cleaning).
