Grazie

Unfortunately, currently only 5V (measured 4.6-4.7 with me). 19V SAT TV measured at my place.

L'uscita alimentata a 12V è utile così posso testare l'impianto amplificatore compreso.

I have suggested using a splitter from the satellite output with 13v set and the DVB-t to supply 13v for 12v amps.

Other users point out this will affect the level readings due to loss through the splitter.

A measurement is to check how much it amplifies in case you should attenuate or amplify, check what losses you have due to insertion to assess an intervention that complies with regulations,

What are you writing about? The device has 100 flaws. One of them is only 5V power supply (4.7V). It should had and 12V directly via the TV socket, not via the satellite socket. It would be fairest to get all the money back, the device has nothing to do with what is written in the specifications.
The technical characteristics are correct, it is enough to take measurements, you should read the instructions for use
