Quando estar locado o sinal, se movimentar po aparelho para os lados desaparece o sinal perde a força, muitos relatos desse problema pois precisam verificar, e corrigir com uma próximo firmware, muito importante

a unidade localizadora, perde a sensibilidade, movimenta literalmente quando estar localizando o sinal, atrapalha muito na execução do serviço

So you are saying that if you turn the Finder Max 90 degrees in your hand the signal is gone?

This would suggest that the LNB cable connection is loose or your cable is faulty.
Can you make the signal go if you twist the LNB cable connection?

If you shake the finder max, do you hear anything loose inside rattling?
There may be a loose piece of metal inside that shorts something when the Finder Max is on its side.
Do you also lose signal if you turn it to the other side?

Sendo assim, todos estão com o mesmo problema, pois são vários usuários com o mesmo problema, não é no meu cabo é próprio finder max muitos com o mesmo defeito

Possibly when putting the F connector you tightened too much causing a false live contact

Please confirm that this issue is when you turn the Finder Max on its side?
Yes / No.

Does the same thing happen on both left and right sides?
Yes / No.

Does it happen if you lay the finder on its back?
Yes / No.

Is there a loose rattle inside the unit?
Yes / No.

If this is confirmed by you and other users I can then put this issue to GT Media staff for a fix.
Maybe there is some sensor inside like that for a phone the knows when your phone is sideways and changes the screen.
This function could be active in the processor of the Finder Max, but I need conformation that if it is turned on its side, that is the problem.

Sim, tanto para o lado esquerdo quanto o direito o sinal desaparece vários colegas já confirmaram o mesmo problema

GT Media please note.

The Finder Max seems to have a sensor for orientation of the unit, upright (Portrait) or sideways (Landscape) like a cell phone does.
When turned sideways signal is stopped.

Please check if this function of the processor is some how active in the software?
