When buying GTMEDIA V8 Finder Pro 2, the software was installed V 336_20230704. Removed the dump. Installed update V341_20230821.

I want to upgrade my Pro 2.I can't recognize it when I plug in the USB flash drive.

Some times you have to remove and insert the USB into the equipment for it to work, format (fat32).
