There is no solution for this problem?! I really need your help. My job is to install CCTV cameras and I need to view CCTV cameras on my device.

The 1Mb/s is hardware / firmware so there is no update.
They should have installed a more update firmware when they made the finder pro as most cameras were already 2Mb/s or greater.

Maybe use a camera format to AV converter so you can use the finder as a TV / viewer.

This is how GTmedia works, they launch outdated products and then force people to have to buy a new one that will probably be outdated once again. It's one of the worst companies I've ever seen.

The finder Pro1 only works hd cameras up to 1Mb/s

NO you can not load the V8 Finder Pro2 software into the Pro 1.
