GTMEDIA V7 PRO - BISS AUTOROLL

Buongiorno, sono possessore di ricevitore GTMedia V7 Pro da pochi giorni (con ultimo firmware del 7.9.2021). In riferimento alla funzione BISS autoroll ho notato che soprattutto nei canali di servizio (feeds), appare il messaggio "AutoBISS: Calculating! Please wait", ma nonostante attenda per diversi minuti, il ricevitore non riesce ad aprire il canale. Come mai per alcuni canali l'apertura è immediata, mentre per altri, pur riconoscendo la tipologia di codifica BISS, la funzione Autoroll non produce risultati?

Questo comportamento è normale. A seconda delle caratteristiche di trasmissione del diverso programma biss, il tempo richiesto è diverso.
This behavior is normal. According to the transmission characteristics of the different biss program, the required time is different.

quindi è sufficiente aspettare? 5, 10,15 minuti?!

Ne approfitto a questo punto per chiedervi anche come deve essere interpretato il messaggio "Non supporta UHD" che appare all'apertura di alcuni feeds mentre in altri ho solo segnali audio? forse i primi vengono trasmessi in 4K (e dunque non visibili dal V7pro) e i secondi in 4:2:2?

Scusate se questa mia nota non e di risposta all'argomento trattato,vorrei sapere se mi potete aiutare al mio problema, IO ho un GT Media V7Pro ho fatto Aggiornamento a nuovi canali ma risconto che L'audio si interrompe per qualche secondo, c'è un nuovo aggiornamento software da scaricare ,grazie a tutti.

The latest software, for this receiver, is in the (Download Section) V285 dated 7 SEP 2021.
Check out the (Audio) button on the remote.

Sareste così gentili da spiegare la funzione biss autorol? Come si configura? E soprattutto per quali canali sarebbe utile?

Il biss autoroll non si configura, si attiva automaticamente quando si sintonizzano i feed in biss: ovviamente con la connessione alla rete
The biss autoroll is not configured, it is activated automatically when you tune the feeds in biss: obviously with the connection to internet
