Buenos días a tod@s.
Resulta que tengo el decodificador que os comento y se miraban los canales sin problema y creo que desde una actualización de la versión ya no puedo ver ninguno, saliéndome el logo de la cara y ya no se que hacer. Tengo la cuenta activada hasta 2022 con toda la configuración de Red y no funciona.
Os pasó algo parecido y posible solución?

When you updated the software the unit was reset and your Ccam account info was removed.
You will also need to re load your user data file, if you saved that, or set up the antenna menus for each satellite and re scan the channels.
If you saved your Ccam info before upgrading you will need to reload it.
if you did not save the information you will need to contact your Ccam provider and get the info from them to enter.
