Integrado U25 V8UHD

Hola, lo he puesto en el foro correspondiente pero lo pongo aquí por si acaso, se me ha quemado el U25 de mi V8UHD y no encuentro nada.
Por si acaso alguien sabe algo.

Hi, my V8 UHD is died.
U25 was burn out.
Can anybody help me to identifier U25 IC.
It appears to be an step down but I can't see what is it.
Perharps 1s36 or IS3 or 1S3 or anything similar referente.

Ya se que se trata de un regulador para pasar de 12v a 5v, si no consigo la información completa le meto un dc dc genérico de los chinos.

Buenas de nuevo, gracias a la foto lo he podido identificar, por si a alguien le interesa el integrado parece ser el TMI3253S ojo acabado en S hay otro que acaba en T y tiene distinta configuración de las patillas.

After a good photo posted by Vectras in spanish forum it is marked as TS3 in SMD SOT23-6. I can find that TMI3253S is the IC. SY8113 silkprint is WC....
I'm going to check booth datasheets.
It appears to be equivalents IC's.

Checked, SY8113BADC is the same that TMI3253S.
Fully compatible.
But be careful TMI3253 and TMI3253T aren't.
Different pinout and specifications.
