I have a new Hawkeye Ai15
I've used it for a week
The first 2 days were great. On black hot, it was like looking at Black and white TV. The 3rd day it was washed out and has got worse. The diaper does nothing and the objective adjustment does a little, but I just get a gray screen, and animals are black blobs. What's worse the green + that settles on the animals co erst it and doesn't let you try to determine what it is. How do I clear this up?

As few if any of us here have these units, so it is hard for use to comment.

Try the service email direct to GT Media.

I do not know if they do, but look for a facebook support page for these items too.
