This receiver started showing a red light on the front and the word boot and I don't know what to do next, I think the wrong software was probably loaded, can someone help me with this? Last software loaded in the receiver

so nothing helped, I followed exactly the instructions you sent me, I renamed the firmware that was there to flash.bin on the 32GB Go SanDisk Ultra Flair then I inserted the USB into the freesat V8 Ultra receiver turned on the receiver from the back and immediately pressed the menu button on the remote control, which I held for about 5 minutes and the same thing was still lit on the satellite receiver as before, the red light and boot, the lady who used it before probably made a mistake because some message popped up on her screen, I don't know exactly what message it was and she confirmed it with the ok button, that's what I was told, I wanted to somehow return the receiver to its original state but I haven't been able to do it yet

Flash.bin is not used, update.bin is used.
Do not press for 5 minutes, you must press when the word BOOT appears
Try connecting the RCA cables to the TV in case the resolution has changed.
