v7 max no video but have audio

hello, i have a problem of my v7max receiver , i try to scan the sat 76.5E the problem is some of the program have a audio but no video display on VU programs. pls. help.

Do factory reset and the rescan the channels with appropriate satellite and tune to any of the channels and wait for approximately 15 minutes for the decoder to download the autorole powervu key by itself later picture will comes up

No video can also happen when the scan marks the channel as free to air, FTA, instead of scrambled, $.
If the channel is scrambled and not marked as such the unit does not look for the biss, powervu etc code.
Re scan that TP until all channels that are $ show as $.
This happens with V7 and V8 units.

we fixed one bug about no video when the channel is Biss encrypted but you don't find "$" char before channel name.
