how to edit sdx channel list file

i downloaded GIORGIO channel list and want to edit it a bit according to my preferences. is there some app that can do it?

I add the giorgio .sdx channel list to the v8uhd and then upload (export) it as a CHMax channel list to a usb stick. You can then import the .chl channel list with the online CHMax channel editor in cloud services here viewtopic.php?f=83&t=30010. I find it works great and can edit settings easily. You can then export your edited channel list to usb or send directly to the box if you have it linked. You will need maybe the latest firmware to use CHMax settings.
