Tried to copy info from an open file to wordpad and save. Can't import because it's a text file. What file format is used?
How to save?
It would be nice to have a new section so I don't have to ask for an obvious question that's been probably been asked numerous times. Tried searching for an answer, but nothing appears. The closest I got was a response in v7. Softcam.rar? A how to save would be smoother.
Thanks.

Ok figured it out. Still believe you need a New section or "sticky notes" section.
Copy softcam information and place on clipboard.
Open Notepad and paste clipboard data. Paste or Ctrl-V
Select SaveAs and in filename name type "softcam.key" (with the Quotes). ;without the quotes it will save as softcam.key.txt. This file will not import into the keys import.

Why not just export the softcam.key file from the receiver menu to a usb, then open the softcam.key with the computer and past the keys in the softcam.key file, that's what I do.Vuerite wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2019 3:19 amOk figured it out.
