All ION keys are inside of the firmware on most recent models or are search using Autlo Biss. Update your box to the latest FW

The GTC does not have this feature. You did not mentioned which model, only V7, V8 latest models. For the GTC you need to enter keys manually either by USB or Webif. If you know how to let us know so we can send the keys. Sorry for the confusion
