Tandberg for W70 using V9 Prime

Hi, i can not see Tandberg channels with V9 Prime on W70, shows "?" in the little left box, any1 can help with this? or .there is a firmware for this box to do that? or any1 can send me the info to see this channels? Thank you in advance
