Which receiver should I buy or any PowerVu+ code Telstar 18 138E?

Hello all,

I live abroad. I want to watch channel 3847 H 8000 (or 3745 H 4583) on C-Band Telstar 18 138E. I get the signal good, but I can't watch it. I'm using the V7 combo (old). I read on google they changed PowerVu+

Maybe the V7 receiver is too old to watch. What new receiver can I buy to watch that channel? A few suggestions from you guys?

As yet there is NO hack for Powervu +, on any receiver as far as i know.
