I have a GTX combo set top box updated to version C21.A9.1.9 which I am using to watch Astra 19.2E.
There seems to be a problem with the DVB app- on first launch the channel sound is out of sync. You can usually fix this by pressing EXIT twice and launching the app again, but sometimes you must reboot. Is anyone else seeing this?
Also, the resume setting only seems to work over short time periods. The unit will display an image quickly if the unit has been off for a short time, however if you leave for a couple of hrs, it always takes time to reboot. In Android, the button setting is resume not shutdown. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The sound delay is well known.
one option is to press the green button for other player.
I also find changing channel and back on the same sat / TP.
As for the shut down, mine also does that, if the TV s off.
It is like a shutdown if no HDMI link active.

Hi Guys
I have also have same problem besides some times the chanells are not showed just can have them after disconnect the power for few min and then reboot it happens every month may be less I have up graded to last version but problem still exist I fell May the power adaptor the company have provided have not enough amps to feed the device but I am not sure
