IFire2 disconnected from the network

Good evening, Since Monday this week my device is disconnected from the network notvdisplaying any of the channels present in my "cfg" file. I have tried to load the list of channels again but although it reads the USB does not allow me to start the import. Can you help me out?

can you try to do connect the internet by wifi or lan cable?
all of them can not work or not?
about the import the m3u file, if you can do nothing,please try to send the file to us,we will check it
