GTmedia ifire box problems

Hello,
I bought the GTmedia Ifire box for watching iptv like 2 weeks ago.. (model nmbr: N52ITVB-eu)
But after recieving and connecting the box nothing works..
The vod and live tv section dont work, and besides that it looks the 1970s
When i try the xtream code login mode it wants me to specify a port, but whatevr i try nothing works..
Why do you guys even sell boxes that dont work at all?
How do i get everything to work, i already tried flashing a new "firmware" if you can call it that :'). but that does nothing..

xtream iptv needs port number, you can ask your iptv account seller to confirm it.
if you have the correct account ,but also can not work.you can send the account to us, we will check it.

I understand that i need to fill in the port.
my provider has the port in the url itself.
I tried the url without the port and with port and the port itself the settings i also tried.
It works on my other android box, it works on tivimate, iptv pro.
Did also check it on pc with vlc and that also works, so the problem is related to something with the device

I contacted support also with the issue but after 2 weeks and x times trying with no reply i gave up..

The firmware file is only like 12mb.
howlong does it take to get this problem solved?

Hello, thank you very much for your IPTV account, I tested the playback is very smooth, you need to check, I found that your IPTV account has network restrictions, you check whether the account is restricted

What did u fill in in the xtream screen then to get it to work?
Is vod also working then?
And what do u mean with network restrictions..
