When buying GTMEDIA V8 Finder Pro 2, the software was installed V 336_20230704. Removed the dump. Installed update V341_20230821.

Some times you have to remove and insert the USB into the equipment for it to work, format (fat32).

Try this. Perform a forced USB update. On USB software download/file.php?id=13947 . Renamed the file to flash.bin. Press the "MENU" button and turn on the device. This message will be displayed.

You have renamed the software to flash.bin. Do you have a message that appears in the screenshot? The update takes place within 45-50 seconds (screen saver). Are you doing something wrong?

Same thing — I renamed the file to flash.bin and pressed the power and MENU buttons, but nothing appeared.
