This is the adapter for charging the GT Media Finder Pro2 after 1 hour of use. I had not used it before because the GT Media Finder Pro2 battery arrived charged.

At least with it being C type USB, you can use another charger.

i found my V8 Finder Pro (1) charged best on a 12v USB adaptor in the car.
Using 5v USB type C and the finder Pro does not fully charge and go from red charge LED to Blue/green.

Good luck. not a good start.

The Finder V8 Pro uses a 25Q64 memory chip. This is an EEPROM flash memory chip with a capacity of 64 Mbit, which is equivalent to 8 MB.

I had to unsolder the chip to get a better picture of it. This is a UC25HD40. I don't think this is 8MB (64Mbit). The programmer keeps showing me that the ID is B3 60 13. I tried programming it with EZP2019+ and with CH341A, but without success. I wonder where the program is stored. I don't see any other chip except 24C16.

Hi, I have same problem with about 4 new pcs, With old versions I was update normal as gift to my customers about 12 satellite channels, but the last order arrive in 1 week ago, when i update them they went black screen and They did not fix by flash.bin like old versions!
Any new solutions please?

Try flash.bin with version that was in them.

Also repeat press the button, do not just hold it down to start flash.bin.
Use the unpacked .bin file, not the .zip

Try different USB sticks.
Try one with a LED in so you can see if the unit accesses it.

Try another power supply, 12V 1.5A or 2A.
