Signal level (Intensity/Quality)

Hello,
today i set up my alu dish 95cm/multifeed 4 LNB with sat V8 finder and i must say everything went fine, never set up dish so fast and quickly as now.

First i try each single LNB to find and test strength of signal and after that through switch 4/1, DiSEqC 1.0 and works perfect .

So i have questions about signal level, what is more important, i know both but what is more signal intensity or signal quality?

I found something in meantime but is good to know.

Some additional question...is it possible to make signal bars larger for view on the screen and how?
