Short Circuit Problem

Please help. my V8 finder is displaying short circuit protection and doesn't give signal strength when connected to LNB.

Look inside you coax cable for loose ground wires connecting to center or moist / water inside the conectors

I have checked and fixed the coaxial cable and even disconnected the finder from it but it's still displaying SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION

This was a problem with earlier software.

Update to the latest software from the download page.

I have updated to this latest software on the download page
GTMEDIA_V8Finder-METER_20190521.zip
But problem still persists.

Three months have passed since the purchase, now I have to contact the manufacturer.
