Is it possible to upgrade de firmware from GTMEDIA V8 SATFINDER V73HD with the graphis layout from V8 METER (i.e. with bigger font size, bigger signal bars and same meny layout)?

No. they are very different softwares.
All Freesat units only use heir own software.
